Get ready!

Get ready, Seniors! Your projects will be starting soon. Make sure to contact your sponsor(s) this week to touch base and make sure that everything is on track. Be in touch with me about any last-minute issues or changes. Above all, have a great time and remember to represent yourselves and the school well. I'm excited to see and hear all about it in your first blog entries!

Blogging Expectations

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:

1. Post a blog 3 times a week (M, W & F) of at least 200 words.

In your blogs you could:
-describe something you learned
-explain something that surprised you
-give an update about stuff you're working on
-explain how you solved a problem
-tell a cool story

Also, please include images, sounds or video from your project. (Keep it interesting and relevant!)

2. Respond thoughtfully to another person's posts on this blog. Post 1 of these response-blogs per week (200 or more words each).  Feel free to do more--sometimes comments can inspire someone who is having a tough day, or affirm their decisions and hard work. Support each other.

Each of you is expected to contribute to this blog--even if you're working with another senior or with a group.

Remember, this is public writing, so be sure to use good writing conventions, spellcheck and proofread before you hit publish!

I'm really looking forward to following your project via your postings! Have fun!

-Ms. S
